To readers of my blog, you’ve probably noticed that my blog has popular posts about the electronic credit cards of some Philippine banks. I was struggling on getting a real credit card so an electronic/prepaid credit card was my alternative.
Well guess what! I got a phone call from a BPI representative. I don’t
know if she was an actual employee of BPI or if she was a call center agent. She interviewed me for several minutes and then popped the question. Do I want to have a GOLD MASTERCARD? Of course I was curious so I said yes. There were no details, nothing to sign and nothing to pay. Basically, the whole call was my application process.
I was thinking that my application would probably be denied anyway so I gave the go signal. She told me the credit card will be delivered and that was it.
Surprise! Several days later, I got a message that my application was approved and that my card was on the way. So yeah, I was excited. I wasn’t expecting much because I really did not know the credit limit of the card I was getting. I was thinking that I’d get only about 20,000 pesos because I did tell her that my net income is only Php 18, 549.
Fast forward to the day I got my card. I opened the letter and a whopping six figure credit limit popped out! HOLY C! I got a Php 200,000 credit limit! It was scary and exciting at the same time!
A lot of my friends were asking why I got a card like that because when they applied, they got denied. I told them, I didn’t apply. BPI called me!
I guess it’s probably because I’ve been using BPI express a lot. Basically this is what I’ve been doing with BPI:

Used their ATM as my savings account. I didn’t mind the 5 peso deductions every transaction.

Signed up for a BPI eMastercard
-
Purchased stuff using said prepaid credit card
I’ve been a BPI customer for some 4 years I guess. So I’m kind of happy that they gave me this Gold Mastercard. I’m a little bit hesitant to use it but now I can finally pay for NCLEX without having to ask a friend to use their credit card. I won’t have to line up in getting a manager’s check or something.

About a week later. I got my card through mail. I had my letter sent to my HR and the courier left it there.

I received a call last wednesday but the card isn’t still reflecting on my BPI app. I hope the call I received is not fraud. Lol. I used eprepaid too for two years, unfortunately it got expired last sept.

same scenario as mine, I got a call 2 weeks ago and I thought it was bogus. Then I didnt mind, earlier I check my balance thru my bpi app then to my surprise I have my gold cc. Whoa! my friends also was surprise that BPI gave me cc without any requirements or so. I have this friend that his earnings was double as mine but denied for cc with cl of 20k. He was so envy that I have a big cl. well I need to wait for my card to be delivered maybe next week., happy kiddo

same here I got mine just recently. I only have a part time job in which I am earning only around 10k I told the rep about that but I got approved for a 100k CL, the only edge I guess was that I have been using expressonline for years for my savings account. But I’m a first time CC holder. Do you mind sharing how I go about activating it? There are no instructions that came with it

Ok lang 🙂 Yes you have to go to the bank to apply. Just bring 2 valid IDs and that’s it. Just use up 50 to 75% of your CL so you will be approved.

The same thing happened to me! 🙂 Nov 12 a BPI representative called me and asked if their contact details about me is still updated. And then she asked me if I want to apply for a BPI Gold Mastercard. I told her I applied twice for two years already and got denied everytime. She then told me that this time there’s no requirements, all is depending on my company relationship with them(1 payroll account, no savings). I gave her the go signal and apply it. After exactly 3 weeks, December 3 I received a text message saying the card is approved and my card will be delivered in 5 days. FRIDAY- Another sms from BPIDelivery and said that my new BPI Credit card is on its way. Kindly expect to receive your card within 10 working days.
MONDAY- Around 2pm, our receptionist IM’ed me and said I have a BPI Card to receive and voila! 200K credit limit. I also saw it on my express online account before I receive the card. 🙂

Same thing happened to me. Last Tuesday Dec. 8, I texted BPI asking about how will I fix my mobile app’s transfer to anyone option, after a few minutes someone called saying that he is from the BPI main office asking me about my updated information. He then asked me if I wanted to have a credit card, no need to submit any financial documents whatsoever so who am I to say no 😀 Since I know it isn’t easy to have one I even confirmed that it is not a secured credit card. On Dec. 11, BPI texted me that my application has been approved. The card arrived yesterday Dec. 12 but it was only given to me by my Uncle today since he was the one who received it. I was expecting about 18k CL but got 100k credit limit! I have two easy savers account, 1 prepaid visa card and I often use expressonline to pay bills and transfer funds on BPI.

I wonder that they gave you a Gold Mastercard yet the credit limit is 200k. BPI is giving Gold for CLs of 75k to 149k, if you reached the 150k CL, it would be automatically be a Platinum Card.

Hi. They offered me the same thing, last January 8 I received a call from BPI asking if my contact number and email is still the same. Then they offered me the BPI Gold Mastercard saying I was chosen to be given a card. Of course I accepted the offer haha. I fancy credit cards since my dad has lots of it Lol. My question is: How long will you receive the card and how long is the processing? Is it approved already even though I’m still a student receiving a remittance from abroad? Does the credit card info just pops at expressonline and I won’t receive any text or call from they saying my application is approved? Thanks in advance. 🙂

Usually takes 1 week but some waited for months. I found EOL sporting my credit limit before I got my text. In fact, I already got my card before I got a text message.
As far as income is concerned, I’m not sure what’s their process but maybe they saw some assets from your accounts. If you got properties in your name could be it.

I’m shocked when they offered me that credit card coz I’m still a student. I receive weekly allowances from my savings account and I use my Amore Visa Prepaid always. Been a client since 2012, I guess that says a lot. Well, I’m not expecting an affirmative response from them but I took the chance. I hope I get approved, it’s my first CC if ever. Thanks! 🙂

Just 5 days ago tumawag din sila. No work aq nun at currently getting remittance lang. WhoA! Air21 left a note after 5 days from BPI, thinking approved na card ko o declined letter un. I called bpi good bews dahil approved for 100k cl…shocking! Been banking with them for more than 10yrs so i guess valid reason un. Just need to use it wisely…no one day millionaire anymore. I got a call from BPI last Feb 29 and offered me a credit card. Di ko matandaan if anong klaseng card, i just heard na MasterCard nga. She verified my info and most of it naman is nasa system na nila. Then to my surprise, after a week nakuha ko na yung card. Nagulat lang ako sa 200K CL pero thankful ako. Siguro dahil I have two ATMs with them (1 payroll, 1 savings).

Hi, I received a call din from someone saying he is from BPI headoffice makati etc. He said I was one of those lucky customers ng BPI. Verified my name and phone number then I am eligible to get their Mastercard Gold. Tapos sabi ko anong need? He said, he’ll verify some details and update some if nabago na. No requirements daw. Then read some terms and conditions that yung phone call daw ung application form ko. 15-20 days din daw processing. Gave me confirmation number and he finished the call. After I felt like na-budol ako. Was that for real? I havent verified yung ref #. Pero tingin nyo po approved yun? Payroll account lang naman meron ako and I usually use it for purchase and online transactions. Nagtataka pa din ako if bakit. Gusto ko umasa kaso baka madissapoint ako in the end.

Hi, I got a call din from BPI head office daw. Confirming my details then suddenly offered me a Mastercard Gold dahil daw sa relationship ko sa BPI. Ganun ba, so what will I do? Sabi iconfirm ko lang details, to my surprised nagmatch mga details, so di fraud to. Wala daw documents na kailangan at application form. Kinonfirm lang gross annual ko position. Then he finishes everything and gave me confirmation #. 15-20 days processing. Totoo ba to mga kaibigan?! Di pa ako nag aapply sa kanila ng card. Wala ako savings, pero may payroll ako from my old company and another one sa new company ko. Both active. Nagtatransfer ako ng money and use it for purchases sa shops at online. Tingin nyo po? hi! like u guys…received a call from bpi agent last week. i did not expect bpi to be so nice and grant me a gold cc with 200k cl. received a text this morning from bPI..saying i got approved. i got so excited and called their hotline..after a couple of verification from the rep..i was told that the application is approved for a gold master with cl of 200k:) . although the cc account is not yet showing on my online account. im a reg employee with 45k basic monthly pay. i got 2 savings from bpi..payroll and personal..i use the often to pay my globe line and transferring of funds. guess that helps. question lng po…when do i expect to see this on my online account? thank u..and God bless to everyone!

Hi Guys!! Same thing happened to me. From BPI Makati naman daw and ofcourse verify verify ung details. Nagask din sya kung accept ko ung terms and conditions blah blah, Di naman ako nag aapply or whatsoever. Pero sabe ko I am a freelancer with 20-25k income per month. Then sabi nya wait for the card 15-20 banking days. What do you think guys? What does it mean?

Haha maganda ang cc for emergency purchases. Don’t buy something you can’t pay for in a month. Sometimes kasi tempting ang installments lalo na pag 0%, don’t pay for installments if it’s more than 25% of your income in a month. Much better ang iponan mo ito at straight charge (for the points) and then pay immediately.

Hindi ko rin alam ung sinasabi nilang minimum amount na pwedeng bayaran before due date. Panu po pala un? Like, kunyare ang bill ko is 3k then ang binayaran ko mun is 2k. may increase na agad? Naku, hindi ko tlga alam. Hindi ko sya makita sa terms and conditions. 😦

wala pa ung akin haha 😀 Mavie, ung installment pag 0% it means divide mo lang ung total price kng gano katagal, 3,6,12,24 months walang interest un so kng 24k tas 24 months means 1k babayaran mo every month. Pero take note na hanggat d natatapos ung 24months or hnd ka nagcacash mahohold ung 24k na naka installment. Kung may limit ka na 50k tas 24k ung naka installment meron ka nalang 26k na disposable na limit. 🙂

Me too I received a call from bpi on April 28. I noticed some patterns sa ginagawa ni bpi, you dont need to be a reg employee for you to be approved siguro. in fact mas gusto nila yung alam nila magagamit yung card but at the same time my pumapasok din sa account mo like remittance or payroll if you are a freelancer to make sure you will pay your debts. In fact, twice na q nadecline reg employee pa q nun and then suddenly sila pa tatawag now that i am a freelancer. waiting palang aq sa result.

Ah. I’ve used BPI EOL. I just hope it’s possible as I’m always paying my bills online because it is more convenient for me.
Another question, dumating po kasi sa office si Air21 kanina but the problem is I went outside to take my lunch. Then, someone texted me na Air21 is in the reception area of our office. So I walked briskly para maabutan ko yung nagdeliver pero di ko na siya naabutan. The receptionist told me na last delivery na daw yun, they will not deliver the card anymore (pero it’s just their first attempt tapos wala ng kasunod). Then ang sabi sakin ng receptionist na sinabi ni Air21 na kay BPI na daw ako makipag coordinate.
Question, should I contact BPI now or should I just wait for their confirmation na hindi nadeliver yung card? Then, that’s the time that I will request for the branch pick up? Ilang days po kaya tatagal yun? Thanks.

I always have my mails forwarded to my HR. May C/O HR Dept. Yung address ko which is why tinanggap nila from air21 ang credit card ko. Not sure sa case mo kasi if 1st delivery pa, may 2nd and 3rd pa dapat. If sabi ng receptionist na last na yun, contact BPI na.

Good luck. About the bills thing, depende yan sa merchant. Kasi dito ang BUSECO namin walang credit card option. You can check sa BPI sa merchant payment, if wala you have to enroll it. Or pay directly sa website ng merchant like I do with my globe.

Oh wow I also got a call from a bpi rep this afternoon I actually woke up from my afternoon nap so the first part of the call medyo di ko maintindihan yung sinasabe basta something like credit card bpi so I thought why not since I did apply a year ago and I currently have two savings and 1 prepaid account with them which I regularly use to pay bills. Medyo di ko sure if sinabe nia na offer but I heard her say that call was my application na daw and she wanted to confirm my details like work, salary, character reference. And with my delivery address she was very specific she wanted to get the exact landmarks ng bahay namin and said if I miss the delivery pwede ko kunin sa bpi branch and that it will take 15-20 banking days nung tinanong ko naman if sure na subject for approval pa daw. Napaka contradicting d ba haha? Although reading your posts nakakalakas mag hope kaso ayoko din madissapoint. Sinabe nia din it was a Gold Mastercard kanina I was thinking baka naghahabol lang ng qouta yung rep. But sana nga malaking tulong din yon hehe. I wonder if everyone here was told outright that the card was approved? Or ako lang yung sinabihan na subject for approval? Many thanks sa sasagot!

Oo nga kanina bale wala lang saken yung call I thought it was a standard call lang but upon reading this thread seems we all have the same experience in some degree kaya nagiging hopeful ako sana ma approve din. Actually I have worked in a bank before and I know reps have the obligation to say reminders like this is subject for approval but in some level alam na nila ang sagot but for legalities sake there are mandatory reminders which includes the reading of the terms and conditions tulad ng ginawa saken kanina. Anyway I think she said preapproved or eligible at the start ata I dont remember but I really hope approved din siya. Some took weeks others a few days.

You pay in any BPI bank. If you have your money in BPI, you can pay through online BPI or mobile app. There are also other payment centers but I haven’t tried them. You pay monthly installment once you get your monthly bill.

If you buy something that’s not on 0% installment, you have to pay it when your bill arrives or you will incur interest after cut-off date depending on the interest rate (finance charge) of your card.

Same experience here re Air21 delivery. May 18 pa approved yung sakin pero til now di ko pa nakukuha. Naka 2 failed delivery kasi si Air21 then nagrequest nalang ako ng branch pick up last May 23 pero now wala pa din. Tawag ulit ako mamaya sa branch kung nandun na, pero sabi ng branch last time, May 31 daw expected date of delivery sa kanila pero pwede mas maaga.

Yep. It’ll be very very quick that you will be surprised that they came and you didn’t notice. Like what happened to me, they came to the office even before BPIDelivery texted me the tracking number. That’s why I missed it.

Cant say Im surprised. Tracked my delivery and it says house closed 12 noon- really? dame tao dito and the windows were open nakakapagod mag antay really waited pa naman to avoid the hassle of it being rereouted and it seems they didnt even make an effort not even a phone call. How disappointing. Sana they will really deliver by tomorrow.

I also got a call from BPI, assistant manager from one of the branches. According to her I am qualified for a pre approved credit card because of my existing payroll account with them. May form din sya na sinend via email for my signature, then I was advised to wait for one to two weeks for the delivery of the card. Until now wala pa update and still patiently waiting.

Same experience happen to me last tuesday ( JUne 10) A BPI from legazpi-salcedo branch call to me to update daw my contact details. After that sabi nya qualify daw ako sa BPI GOLD MASTERCARD and tinanong ako kung gusto ko daw mag apply to proceed application no documents required to pass daw. 100% approved na kaya ako dun? If yes gano katagal? kasi ilang beses nako nag apply sa BPI kahit yung classic mastercard lang laging decline eh. Salamat sa sasagot.

For me, it is 90% approved na. Just to give you heads up, actually I never attempted to apply for a credit card in any banks kasi I know na declined lang ako.
1. I am just a freelancer.
2. 2 years nako nagwowork as a freelancer.
3 I only have easy savers account with them, though regular ang remittance na natatanggap ko from my work.
I know pag ganun most likely disapproved na diba?
Pero natanggap ko parin ung card ko 🙂

I think standard na ng air21 yan since delikado actually magdeliver ng activated card sa ibang bansa the cards are not yet activated when delivered kase di nga safe. Andlets say family member naka receive they can easily use it and then mag dedeclare ng lost card or fraudulent use si cardholder after since di siya gumamit. So I suggest better to have it routed sa bank instead I noticed quicker sila pag branch pick up instead of waiting for that two attempts na house closed ilalagay. Best to learn from other s experiences here.

Got a call today from BPI, same scenario. the guy checked if my info is still updated, ( i have an account with them for payroll) then he asked if i was interested to apply for a credit card, i think he said GOLD MASTERCARD., anyway, tinanong niya ako kung ano daw tin ko or sss ko, i gave him my sss # tapos hiningi parin niya TIN ko, then he said 20 business days daw yung processing, nag apply na kasi ako ng CC sa bpi before twice na kaso sawi, ,medyo hindi ako natuwa kasi alam ko maddisappoint lang ako. i asked him kung paano nila piliin ung mga tinatawagan nila, ang sabi niya sa akin, yung cards department daw nila ung nag ccheck ng mga account and binibigay sa kanila yung info ng mga prospects, i asked him kung gaano kalaki yung chance ko maapprove, sabi niya hindi daw siya sure. then i asked may mga na ddecline parin ba na application kahit galing sa cards department nila yung prospects, sabi niya sa akin meron parin daw na ddecline. when i saw this page, medyo nabuhayan nanaman ako, sana talaga maapprove. update ko kayo.. pansin ko active parin mga tao dito. nakakatuwa kasi matagal na ako naghahanap ng makakausap tungkol sa ganito.. 🙂

I applied for BPI Gold Mastercard last May and I received the card last week but sadly they gave me a Blue Mastercard instead of Gold Mastercard. I’ve already read the requirements for Gold card at pasok naman ako sa requirements. Ano kaya nangyari dun? Anyone knows why they gave me a blue card insted of gold card? It’s turning your credit into cash. It’s different from a cash advance where you swipe your card in an atm to get cash. That’s 4% automatic interest and can sometimes cause finance charges.
Credit to cash gives you money equal to credit and allow you to pay it in installments with low interest rates. Sometimes less than 1% a month. I’ve used c2c for 100k in 3 years to pay. I think I’m paying approximately 3.7k a month.
But use it for emergencies.

A BPI representative called me too earlier saying that I am among one their selected clients to avail of a gold MC without any other requirements/docs needed. It also comes with a free annual fee for the 1st year. i’m still quite hesitant to get it because it’ll be my first time to have one. anyway my next question will be this: how much will be the annual fee for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year and so on? quite worried it might be too expensive.. any thoughts?

The annual fee is Php 2,250 which I consider a fair one since the services in BPI are more than satisfactory. They’ve got a good website, their customer support isn’t too bad and the banks/atm are okay.
Anyway, if ever you get your card, you can use it for 1 year and if you feel like you don’t like to pay the annual fee, call them to either waive the annual fee for that year or cut your card. Usually they’ll rush to waive your annual fee if you opt to have your credit card cut.

Hi its me again, after 7 days i just received an sms today saying i got approved na with a CL of 200k and card will be delivered within 5 days, question is dapat ba kasama sa txt nila yung tracking number or will i have to wait for another text/email indicating the tracking number? Thank u!:)

Hi, guys. Isa rin ako sa natawagan ng BPI ang nakakatawa nun less than 500 lang nasa bank account ko sa kanila. Ginagamit ko lang kasi yung BPI account ko for online purchases and for paying bills. Tumawag sila last June 17 tas sabi upupdate lang details ko tapos ayun, nag offer din ng Gold MC. Eh wala pa akong CC kasi freelancer lang ako. Tas kaninang umaga may nareceive akong text na approved nako and nakita ko EOL ko may 100k na. 🙂 Can’t wait sa card. Sana hindi matagalan, taga baguio pa naman ako.

Usually kasi Megamall kami bihira sa Robinsons kunyare gusto maiba lang hahaha saka lang kami magRobinsons lalo na yung ePlus tap to pay na SM Cinema card ee sa Megamall lang kasi dun kami malapit. Activated na ba yung mga nakareceive ng cards from BPI? and saan updated list kung saan pa magamit etong contactless cards.

Hello again! After more than a month of waiting til now hindi ko pa din nakuha yung card ko. Though alam ko na kung anong card yung na-issue sa akin, it’s BPI Skymiles credit card and the info already appears on EOL. and just like the others here Air21 ang courier and “house closed” daw ang bahay kaya failed yung delivery 😦 now I’d still have to wait para ma-deliver ulit. I don’t know how long it would take (again) pero sana naman makuha ko na this week.

Got a call din last week. Then the other day nagtxt yung BPI na approved na nga daw. Then kanina nagtxt si BPIDelivery. Nagbasabasa ako dito tapos nalaman ko na makikita pala yung sa EOL so i checked my EOL may nag appear na na CC with CL 80k. Kala ko 10k lang CL kasi inask ako if magkano salary ko. I experienced the same thing. Got a call yesterday and I was hesitating to answer coz it was a landline phone number but I answered it and it was a rep from BP Makati and in behalf of where I opened my debit cards (I have 1 payroll and 1 savings). She also verified my personal info, mother’s maiden, TIN, gross income, and address. She also asked for specific landmark and if I’m not around to give an authorization letter to someone who is in my house to receive it. She also asked for reference person and to say “yes” for processing. Tbh, I’m not really expecting anything coz I already applied 3x from BPI and got declined. She said the processing is 15-20 days and she was sort of positive that the card will arrive. — So far based on the experiences of the people here on this thread I can say that nobody got declined yet with the same process. Hopefully, I will get approved too but if not, that is okay too.

Hi biboy! My cl on the blue cc is 42k only. I applied for it after i opened a maxi-saver $ account. They came to my house and had me signed the forms for cc and maxisaver. Then after i got the blue, the business manager from the same branch i opened my maxi, called again and sent me forms to sign for a gold cc.
Actually prior to opening a maxi, i have dollar and peso acct from them already.

Kasi po a secured card na kinuha mo, means you’re given 80% of deposited amount as credit. 20k and 80% of that is 16k. It’s for those who have not yet passed the CI. The feature is if di ka makabayad, pwede deduct sa deposited amount mo. People use secured cards and then pay promptly to get credit cards na.
Yung cards po namin are credit cards, not secured cards. For some reason that we don’t know, they choose people to get large credit with minimal CI.

Then after rcving the scc blue card, after two weeks she called again that the bank wants to give me gold daw pero regular cc na. Sabi ko okay. Then ung manager na ang nagfill up pinasign lang ako for signature. After 5days nakuha ko na 200k cl. naisip ko nga na sana pala nagantay na lang ako na sila magoffer ng regular cc, hindi na sana nahold ung 1000$ ko. I think grab mo muna yang scc and then wait mo 2weeks bka tawagan ka din for regular cc.
But i know how u feel na unfair lalo na kung malaki naman laman ng bpi savings mo.. Matagal mo lang din cguro marrcv ung scc mo but ull get it and sure approve na un.

Sept. 15 = got a call from my Branch offering me BPI Blue Mastercard. Pre-approved daw. No requirements needed
Sept. 21 = received txt from BPI that my CC is approved
Sept. 23 = my Credit Card info’s reflect in my EOL account. 30K Credit Limit lng..hehe. Blue Master Card lng kc skn ska ok na dn po para sa 1st time mag karoon ng Credit Card
As of now, wala pa dn po aq na reresib na txt from BPI delivery. Still waiting. Sana ma deliver na dis week.. Excited naq..hehe..

hi guys! I experienced the same thing bpi called me last week (Oct 7) first he was like update my info then he asked if i want a credit card i think its AMORE and AF is free for life. So I said sure why not, he told me to wait for 15-20 days. Now, Im wondering when ill receive a text coming from them. Thinking that they declined my cc application twice. lol So Im hoping it will be approve. Also any idea guys how much is the CL for amore visa????

Also got a call last week (Oct 7) from bpi head office and he is asking if all of my infos are updated.and afterwards he asked me if i want a credit card I think its AMORE VISA and AF is FREE for life and the call itself is my application. So I said Sure, he told me to wait for 15-20 banking days or i can follow and give me my reference #. Im excited and anxious at the same time thinking I was declined twice. Reading this blog gives me hope. 🙂 But until now no text message coming from them. Anyway do you guys have any idea how much is the CL for AMORE visa?

With some commenters here, some were declined before but after a call/text na approved (kahit di sila nag apply ulit), Dumating naman eventually.

I just called bpi, And according to the phone Banker it is approved!
Although when I asked how much is the credit limit she told me it’s not yet indicated in their system.. So i have to wait for 7-10 banking days for the delivery of the card for the CL or I’ll check eol. Lol excited lang sa 10k na limit. 😂😂😂

I just have a question and I hope I’ll get an answer from here. You know, waiting for the Q on their hotline sometimes takes a lot of time so I took my chance here.
I got my card six months ago. For the first three months, I always pay the total amount due.Yes the total not the minimum. Sometimes my bill is 10k, 12k but I paid them. Then on the 4th month I just paid the minimum. on the 5th and 6th month, I was not able to pay because of fortuitous event. My bill got high like 45k in total. But before the 7th bill is generated, I paid the minimum amount of 20k so I am not past due anymore. When I called the accounts specialist before making the 20k payment, they said that my card has been canceled already and I have to reapply for another card again. I was devastated. Now, I tried to purchase an item online just to check if my CC has really been cancelled already. To my surprise, it worked. I was able to purchase the item. What does it mean? Does it mean my card is still active?
I hope you can share your thoughts. Thanks.

It’s active, you don’t get cancelled even if you weren’t able to pay. You get cancelled if youal are over your limit.

I am just worried that anytime this month it could get cancelled. Its very difficult to apply for a cc and I got mine only because they offered it and its very rare. lol

This has also happened to me. Got a call from BPI rep confirming details I’ve got with them and towards the end of the following week got a sms advising I was approved of the CC AMORE VISA and would be delivered it to my office. Despite being with them for 6 years and an additional acct which is my payroll acct is linked to my EOL, I was only given a 15K CL. Moreover, I’ve been waiting to date for the credit card to arrive, but it hasn’t arrived yet and it’s been more than 2 weeks now. Nevertheless, I’m still happy, though, for the following reasons:
1. I know I have something to expect though it’s really taking a great deal of time
2. I know how difficult it is to secure one.

i am also seeing my card on my EOL. What’s funny is that I haven’t had the card yet These past two weeks I tried to withold all my expenses hoping to use the card, but to my dismay it did not happen, so I was forced to use my debit card instead lol!

I spoke with someone from BPI and advised that on the delivery day, they can just inform our office guard so that our guard would be able to call me. Anyway, I am mostly in the office everyday.

Can anyone tell me whats EOL stands for and what does it mean. I have already confirmed it from their 89-100 customer service hotline that my application has been approved, I didn’t really apply I was just called by one of their agent and received a text that it got approved and my card will be delivered within 5 – 7 business days. Its my 4th day of waiting. But some says that they already see it on their EOl, so my question is How can I see mine? I don’t have any saving accounts with them, only an ATM Card from my company w/c I’m working.
Its the Amore Visa that they have offered me.

I dont own a landline or postpaid mobile.. i’ve submitted the requirements and said to wait for the CI. Do they conduct CI and call prepaid mobile numbers or only postpaid/landline? I gave our office landline number but i’m mostly outside of office doing field work..

Hello Sir, just a question about my experience with BPI Gold Mastercard… So, I got a phone call from the Branch Manager of my BPI Family Bank that I am pre-approved on a Gold Mastercard, but I need to drop-by to sign the form ASAP. Never had a CC before as my wife has a Titanium (BDO) & I always opt for cash payments and declined a number of offers in the past, however I am currently starting a small business and the need of having one is a demand. I dropped by my bank as requested by my BM on Thurs (9/19) and sign that pink info-sheet with some basic info. According to her I was selected for a pre-approved Gold Card with P500k CL, and expect it within 2-3 weeks. When do you think should I expect it to be make myself available home? TIA
